This means that these users' permissions cannot be managed independently, nor can they be removed without removing the link as a whole. Today we are announcing the public preview of the Microsoft Graph reporting APIs that enables you to retrieve the usage data programmatically. Using this API, you can retrieve the data available in the usage reports including organization level summaries per service as well as entity level (user, sites, accounts) detail usage information for different reporting periods of last 7/30/90/180 days.
