We’re adding new export capabilities to the usage reports in the Office 365 admin center. We've begun rolling this out and the rollout will be completed in the following weeks.
How does this affect me?
Admins can now export the data from the organization-wide activity charts at the top of each usage report. The data for the selected time period will be exported into an Excel .csv file by clicking or tapping the export link. This will enable Admins to further analyze data, or to easily share the chart data with others. To access the reports please click “Usage reports” from the Admin Center homepage, then click on the export button at the top of the graph to download the data. This message is associated with Office 365 Roadmap ID 80029.
